How to delete your account
You can delete your account only through the official mobile app. There is no account deletion
option by email or through this website.
Settings→Delete Account
Account deletion is only available inside the app for security reasons.
Data deletion policy
- After you request deletion in the app, your account is scheduled for removal (not removed
immediately).
- Your data is permanently deleted after 7 days from that request.
- You may cancel the scheduled deletion by logging back into the same
account within those 7 days.
Important notice
After the 7-day period ends, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. This
action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
